Pricing
subpoof has two self-serve plans for individuals and small teams, and an enterprise plan with volume pricing for larger deployments. Self-serve plans bill through Stripe; enterprise plans are quoted by sales and invoiced annually or monthly.
Self-serve plans (1-10 users)
Smaller teams use the standard plans, billed through Stripe Checkout from the dashboard's Billing page.

The API is governed by this monthly query quota, not a per-second or per-minute rate. A query is counted when an API call returns at least one result (an empty result set is free); submitting a scan counts as one query per domain per day. The quota resets on the first of each month, and every API response reports your standing in the X-RateLimit-* headers. See the API reference for details.
If your team is 10 people or fewer, you do not need to talk to sales. Sign up at dashboard.subpoof.com/signup and upgrade from the Billing page.
Enterprise plan (11+ users)
For teams above the self-serve threshold, the enterprise plan offers volume-discounted per-user pricing, custom invoicing, and a single point of contact for support. Email sales@subpoof.com with your team size and we will send a quote.
The pricing tiers are simple and published; there are no hidden discounts you have to negotiate for.
Tier 1: 11-100 users
$10 per user per month, flat.

Tier 2: 101+ users
$1,000 base for the first 100 users, plus $1 per user per month for each additional user beyond 100.
The marginal user cost drops sharply once you cross 100 - that is the volume discount.

What is included in enterprise
All enterprise tiers include unlimited queries (no monthly quota), unlimited watches, and the standard set of enrichments. The base plan does not include:
- Custom SLAs or signed support contracts
- Dedicated tenant or on-premises deployment
- Custom SSO/SAML setup
- Per-user audit-log exports
- Paid pilot or proof-of-concept programs
If you need any of those, mention it in your sales email and a human will follow up to scope a contract that fits.
Annual billing
Both enterprise tiers can be billed annually instead of monthly. The total is the same; annual contracts smooth out cash flow on your side and reduce invoicing overhead on ours. Mention "annual billing" in your sales email if that is how you would prefer to be invoiced.
How to get a quote
Send an email to sales@subpoof.com with:
- The number of users you are sizing for (rough is fine - we will iterate)
- Whether you want monthly or annual billing
- Anything custom you need (SLA, SSO, on-prem, paid pilot)
You will receive an automated initial response within a few minutes that quotes the standard tier price for your team size, followed by a human reply to confirm the details and finalize the contract.
